About Cue Sports Yorkshire

Cue Sports Yorkshire Ltd was incorporated in 2017 by Rebecca Kenna and her husband Ash Kenna, who both ran the shop alongside their full time jobs.

 

Rebecca, who has a passion for snooker started competing on the World Women’s snooker tour in 2016 and noticed there was nowhere local to find a new cue or even have her cue re-tipped so Cue Sports Yorkshire was born.

 

Rebecca gained her WPBSA Level 2 coaching certificate in 2019 and due to the shops success, was able to leave her job as a personal trainer and run the shop full time, as well as offering snooker coaching in store. In 2022 Rebecca earned a place on the professional World Snooker Tour through competing on the World Womens Snooker tour so has since employed Jack as the shop manager to looks after the day-to-day running of the shop.

 

Rebecca has a private practice facility nearby and now splits her time between practicing, coaching and running Cue Sports Yorkshire. Ash has a full time job in the chemical industry but he can still be seen working in the shop on Saturdays when the shop is busy.
